• Refunds: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription.
  
• Free Trials: If you are on a free trial, you can cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at contact@elevendash.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
